Most recently serving as Regional Vice President, she led global teams to deliver groundbreaking technology solutions and drive operational excellence. As President of DFWIT, Yanbing oversees a community of more than 200 IT professionals, championing AI competitions, mentorship programs, and incubation initiatives to foster innovation and professional growth. Guided by her deep industry expertise and passion for mentorship, Yanbing is committed to expanding DFWIT’s reach and elevating opportunities for IT professionals across the region.
Gerry Huang is a Site Reliability Engineer at JP Morgan Chase, overseeing the global Credit Risk data system operations. With 20 years of experience in science and technology, he spent 15 years in biomedical research before transitioning to IT. His expertise spans Cloud Computing, Infrastructure Automation, Data Systems, and AI. Gerry holds a Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong and completed his postdoctoral training at UT Southwestern Medical Center. His dedication to innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration has enabled him to develop deep expertise across multiple domains and build a strong professional network, fostering cross-field knowledge exchange.
Jianlei Zhang, PhD, is a Principal Data Scientist at a Fortune 100 company, leading the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) to transform customer service. With a PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering, he combines engineering principles and AI techniques. His career has evolved from Electrical Engineering to Data Science, becoming an innovator in Agentic AI. Jianlei’s philosophy is guided by the principles of 正心, 取势, 明道, 优术, and 践行, as well as 畅思谨证. Looking ahead, he’s focused on advancing reasoning in AI to enable human-like inferences and decisions, while exploring computational cognitive science to further bridge AI and human cognitive processes.
Caleb Jiang is a seasoned IoT expert specializing in system design and AI-driven algorithms. With a strong background in edge computing and industrial automation, he has led the development of intelligent systems that optimize efficiency and performance.

Xinrui Hou is a solutions-focused Full Stack Developer skilled in delivering impactful software solutions.
