Mentorship Program Purpose and Vision

Purpose :

Offers mentorship in identifying, planning, developing, validating, adjusting career paths

• Career Planning and Goal Setting: Strategies for setting and achieving career milestones.
• Personal Branding: Building and maintaining a professional image.
• Leadership Skills elevations: Developing skills to inspire, convince and lead.
• Navigating Workplace Dynamics: organizational culture, conflict resolution, work-life balance.
• Career Path Mapping Exercises: facilitate/support mentees map out their career trajectory.

Venues:

• Group coaching sessions for 6 months as one Term
• Hybrid: in-person and/or virtual sessions
• 3 tiers, with each tier accepting 5-8 mentees
• Application will be reviewed and approved by the Board.
• Selected mentees will be notified through the email.

Schedule in 2025 and max mentees acceptance

• Inaugural Term: June 2025 – December. 2025

Fees:

$20 registration fee will be charged for General Members.

Premium members’ registration fee will be waived.
